Delivery methods
We normally deliver your order within 1–5 business days. Please note that we are not responsible for any delivery difficulties on the part of the carriers or for changes to Posti and DB Schenker pickup points and delivery addresses.
Free deliveries:
Free delivery to a pickup point for orders over 59 euros. Free home delivery for orders over 89 euros.
Posti delivery methods
Pickup from a Posti outlet of your choice or a Posti pickup point parcel locker
Pick up your order easily from the Posti parcel locker or Posti service point of your choice. You will receive an arrival notification when the shipment is ready for pickup. Shipments delivered to a parcel locker are held for 7 days.
Shipments delivered to a Posti service point (Posti or pickup point) are also held for 7 days.
If the parcel does not fit into a parcel locker compartment or the locker is full, it will be redirected to the nearest Posti service point. Check the arrival notification for the exact pickup location and the last pickup date. The parcel is collected from the locker or service point using a pickup code sent by text message. A compartment opened with the recipient's code counts as the recipient's acknowledgement of receipt. A shipment collected from a service point is handed over against an acknowledgement of receipt. The recipient should be prepared to prove their identity.
The maximum parcel dimensions for a parcel locker are 60 cm x 36 cm x 60 cm and the maximum weight is 24 kg.
Posti home delivery
With Posti home delivery, Posti will contact you to agree on a delivery time 1–2 business days after the shipment has been sent. Orders are delivered to recipients on weekdays. The delivery time for a Posti home delivery parcel varies by postal code. Check the delivery times with Posti's delivery time enquiry. The contact details of your order must include a phone number where you can be reached.
Maximum parcel weight 24 kg.
Schenker delivery methods
Pickup from a DB Schenker pickup point parcel locker of your choice
Pick up your order from the DB Schenker parcel locker of your choice. DB Schenker pickup points can be found in many Kesko stores, such as K grocery stores and R-Kioski shops, all over Finland. Parcels are held for 7 days.
The maximum parcel dimensions are a length of no more than 200 cm and a combined length and girth of no more than 300 cm, with a maximum weight of 30 kg. The parcel is collected from the locker using a pickup code sent by text message. A compartment opened with the recipient's code counts as the recipient's acknowledgement of receipt.
DB Schenker home delivery
When you choose DB Schenker home delivery, the parcel is delivered straight to your door on weekdays. The delivery time may vary depending on the postal code. Delivery usually takes place within 1–2 business days of dispatch. You will receive a notification about the delivery. Please note that DB Schenker home delivery is not always available in all areas; it can be used in certain locations and depends on the size of the order and the area. The delivery time and any additional services may vary by area. You can find more detailed information about delivery times and terms directly on DB Schenker's website.
The maximum weight for a DB Schenker home delivery parcel is 31.5 kg.
Payment methods
Kaikenkarvaiset uses the Paytrail payment service, which enables secure and easy payment methods. You can pay for your purchases by online banking, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or MobilePay. Paytrail also offers the option of paying by invoice or in instalments. With a Walley invoice, you automatically get 30 days to pay, and if you need a more flexible payment period, Walley also offers an instalment option. These payment methods require a positive credit decision.
