Product description

For adult cats with problems associated with stromal tract problems (struvite stones).

• Urine pH 6.0-6.4 helps reduce the formation of struvite stones.
• Low magnesium levels help reduce the formation of struvite stones.
• Optimum sodium levels maintain appropriate urine volume without stressing the kidneys.

Indications for use
• Urinary stone disease caused by struvite stones
• Recurrent struvite stone formation

Contraindications
• Kittens and elderly cats
• Pregnant and lactating cats
• Cats with regular urinary acidity
• Urolithiasis due to urate, cystine or calcium oxalate stones
• (Chronic) renal failure

Further information
• Low potassium levels help keep urine pH low.
• Magnesium is at a safe level ensuring that long-term preventive use does not cause hypomagnesemia.
• Prevents absorption of minerals that contribute to the formation of struvite stones.

Instructions for use
Recommended for initial use for 5-12 weeks to dissolve struvite stones (dry food) and 6 months to reduce recurrent struvite stone problems (dry and wet food). After this period it can be offered for life.
